Was not able to make the meeting last week, so not sure if this was discussed, but was wondering if anyone knows what is planned for the vacant lots/houses with a fence around them on 21st Ave, just south of Missouri?

Those properties are slated to become a senior living center (run by the Foundation for Senior Living). Not assisted living, just offering accessible homes with some basic services and a shuttle. They're a group based here in Phoenix and their other properties look to be good additions to the communities.
I believe right now they're working on finalizing their building permit (they've already purchased the land).
